Background of the Study
Nyesom Wike, appointed as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in 2023, has emphasized public-private partnerships (PPPs) as a key strategy for driving development and improving infrastructure in the FCT. Public-private partnerships are crucial for developing infrastructure, providing essential services, and addressing funding gaps in urban planning and governance. In Wuse, one of the most populous and economically vibrant districts of the FCT, PPPs have the potential to enhance urban development, improve public service delivery, and promote economic growth.
